We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Orders and messages should be submitted by a parent or guardian.

Customer information is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Because each bracelet is handmade, small differences in colour and pattern may happen.

If your bracelet arrives damaged or breaks from normal use within 7 days, contact us and we'll offer a replacement or refund.

Custom colour bracelets are final sale unless damaged.

Recommended for ages 3+. Not for children under 3 due to small parts. Use with adult supervision.

At launch, orders are confirmed manually. Pickup, local delivery, or shipping options will be confirmed before payment.

No order is final until the details and total cost are confirmed by Livvy's parent.
